WE’RE TACKLING ANXIETY.
DIRECTV had always been there for football fans on game day, but there was nothing they could do for them at night when the Sunday scaries hit. So we made soothing sleep content — all about football — read by two of football’s toughest players.
Some people are surprised to learn that Mike was a huge proponent of mindfulness back in his prime — way before it was mainstream! Just one of the many examples Michael says prove he’s better than Gwyneth Paltrow. Mike! Nobody’s arguing!
Often, the outcome of these kinds of activations is buried — the idea being better than the execution itself. But these beefy boys really showed up for us on this one. From Travis breaking down the fundamentals of field care to a (surprisingly sensual) Chris Jones taking you through the history of the touchdown — for content designed to be “boring,” these turned out pretty entertaining!
